A quiet stay with a surprise

The location was amazing, so close to the beach and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. It made our stay enjoyable.

Need better fan functionality in the rooms!!! Overcharging issues required my attention for resolution, and their room assignment process seemed disorganized!!!

We had a wonderful two-night stay in a Queen Room. The front desk staff were friendly, especially Francisco, who went above and beyond to help us. The location is convenient for exploring the area. Just be aware that breakfast options may be limited closer to the end time.

The room was super comfy, and I loved the view from the balcony while sipping my morning coffee. I really enjoyed unwinding by the outdoor pool and taking advantage of the relaxing spa services during my stay. Just a heads-up, I did hear some noise from the hallway late at night, but it wasn't a big deal overall. ☀️
